Has some decent equipments but there is always something out of order
I came here on a free 7-day trial and the staff was very helpful in getting me set up. The facility is quite large and has plenty of equipment. I decided to take the group Tabata class with Barbie and it was tremendous! She does a fantastic job of keeping the group motivated and offering different variations for different fitness and ability levels. I was sweating hard by the end and the good kind of sore the next morning. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
Work and breathe in dust super healthy for you. Equipment and rafters never dusted pretty pathetic.
This gym has the strangest layout I've ever seen. When you enter you have to go up a flight of stairs or take an elevator to get to the locker rooms. Then go up another level to the workout area. The facility for me at least, is not that great. The free weight area is pretty small, and the whole place just has a confined feeling to it. I'm used to going to Green Brook, which is much larger and better equipped, and everything is contained on one floor. Maybe for some people, this place is adequate, but not for me.
I love retro..have been memebr for over 2 years now...just saw a wonder recently and have a question.. is it OK to Smoke cigarette here inside gym by members?? If no, why not???since staff member smoke eCigarette in Gym :(...
