Friendly staff, if there is a problem, just address it with the department and it will be fixed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a relative that has been here for over 2 weeks and I have not been able to get a holds of him. Every time I call the staff tells me that he's not in his room and to call back later. I have not been able to talk to him for 2 weeks now. Not only are they unhelpful, but also very rude when I ask how I can talk to him. I don't live in the same state and it's very frustrating and scary when you can not talk to a loved one who has suffered an accident. I hope no one else has to go through this and I would avoid this facility if at all possible.
This rehab facility is under staffed and neglects patients on a regular basis. I would never put a loved one in this rehab/nursing home. It is not even deserving any stars. The NJ Department of Human Services should close it immediately.
My Aunt stayed here to do some rehab and i have to say she received excellent care from the therapists, the nurses, the whole staff. They were so caring and thorough. They always informed me and kept me in the loop with anything that was going on with her. She left happy and taken care of. I'm thankful to them, as i would want any of my family members to be treated with this care.
