Absolutely ridiculous. I did not need to pay someone to destroy my property for me.
This is a great cleaners & tailor. I always go here. It's reliable, professional & the services (both tailoring and cleaning) are always of the best quality. The owner could be a little friendlier but I really don't think he means it.
Do not use this cleaners!! The owner is always grumpy, never smiles while doing business and refused to take back two mens dress shirts that came out of his store with two stains on them that were not there when I brought them in. One stain was the startch he uses which I asked him a time before to not starch the shirt if it would result in white marks all over, he did not listen to my request and starched it anyway because he said he improved his starch method. It wasn't improved if it was still leaving white marks all over the shirt, my husband was going on a business trip and couldn't bring the shirt because it had white marks all over it. The owner said "I must had did something to the shirt when I left or it was the shirt itself, it was a 2 Bannana Republic shirts" and he wasn't going to fix the problem. He would not take ownership of the marks on the shirt that were not there when I brought them in. He ruined the 2 shirts and was very rude. When I told him he wasn't a good business man he told me I wasn't a good person to bring in the 2 shirts and complain. Stay out of this cleaners, you will get a grumpy owner along with ruined clothes. I've tolerated his terrible attitude until he now he ruined my 2 shirts & was rude yelling at me!
TERRIBLE. Took 2 dresses to this place, one is ok, the other is destroyed. It looks like it was thrown in a washing machine. It is so obviously not in ok condition, I can't believe they didn't say a thing when I picked it up. When I took it back to show its condition, the guy fed me a story about how he's been in the industry for 10 years, owned a store in Manhattan, not his fault, it's the dress (Calvin Klein), etc.
