Upset I called another near by which was , Red Bank Veterinary. I walked in the door told the receptionist my dog had problems breathing and within seconds someone came to the front to take care of her !

This place is a huge rip off. I came with the 13 1/2 years old dog Musca with toe infection on 10/3/17. I asked for a toe removal and blockade injection. They refused. After 5 hours and $400 less in my pocket they sent us home saying they trimmed the nail and other nails around, sending home a dog with a paw being wrapped. I was told to change the wrapping in 3 days. Unwrapped today and found out that the affected toenail was not touched and wrapping was completely unnecessary.
We had such a good experience with this place. We been there on Saturday December 09 for a dermatological problem of my dog ; and they were extremely helpful . Since we arrived the staff was very kind . Dr. Spiegel was excellent , he took time to check on my dog and explained us all facts about our dog condition .
My dog began whining around 4:30am. Thirty mins later she was shaking from pain and panting for breath. This was the first time she fell ill and I needed to get her some help. I called and told them about the symptoms and that I was on my way. I arrived around 6:30 and got buzzed in with no one at the desk. I waited patiently trying to comfort my dog who was crying in pain . A receptionist came in 20 mins later and sat at the front without even asking about my dog ( she was still whining in pain and panting for breath). By 7:20am I ask what was going on , that I need to see a vet. She told me no one was available because of the shift change and that I would have to wait till 8am to see a vet. I asked the receptionist "So why do you say this is 24 hours when it's not , that's why I called before I came in ". She said , you didn't speak to me . Really !!!
Shame on Animerge !! My sister found a kitten that was hit by a car..We called you on Sept 9th 2017 for help, it was a stray ..Instead of showing humanity/ kindness to the stray kitten to offer to help it or try ..You told us to call animal control..So with further calling around we ended up calling Bucks County, they understood it was a stray and said bring it over..So my husband and I drove the kitten 45 min away to give the kitten a chance. The leg was bad. They tried to save him and would of but kitty had more internal damage and kitty had to be put to sleep. That vet hospital at least tried.. You guys did not..The other vet hospital showed compassion and humanity for a stray, they didn't want $, donations are welcomed and we donated before they had to put Kitty to sleep..So you and your staff SHAME on you all..When you lose humanity and compassion when money is more important then life or at least try to save ...that isn't right.. Very upset with your hospital and lacking of heart ..Angie
AnimErge is supposed to be a 24 hour emergency hospital. They cared nothing about my baby and the pain she was in. If you care nothing about your pet, this is the perfect place . They should be a called 24 hour pet cemetery !!!!

After bringing my pugle Dixon after eating poisoning Dr freeman saved my dog and so did all the doctors thank you Animerge it was a long process but so greatful
