Different from other AT&T stores, The staff here are very helpful! They really care about customers needs.
Great place and fast service even on a Sunday. The rep, Rich, was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing. That is a huge plus considering a lot of youngsters working at other locations are straight out dumb.

After having a terrible experience at the nearby BW Commons store, I came here to port my phone number from Tracfone. They admitted that its a difficult process, and that I would have to call the AT&T porting department for assistance. They gave me the number and I called from the store, and 10 minutes later my number was ported. Another 10 minutes and I had my new iPhone. These associates are fantastic!!
