Waited almost 25 minutes to pick up print services. If it weren’t for the fact that the order was already placed I would of gone to the FedEx down the street.
They really need help in the copy and print service. Almost consistently every time there’s a queue of customer with only one person working there managing copy and print and the UPS section.
The print shop is not well organized or efficient. Half of my engineering print order was transferred to the Hillsborough store due to the machine being down. The order I did receive from Raritan was low quality and printed on the wrong size paper. It took 3 trips to the store to resolve the issue, and I end up being charged for poster prints instead of the color engineering prints I ordered. I'm content with the quality of the end product, but the hassle & extra cost wasn't worth it. I'll be choosing a locally-owned copy shop next time.
Worst customer service. No one cares if the customer needs anything. Plus just to make payment the cashier took 10 minutes.
